Animal Research Facility Tour

Dear Idunaren,

The next animal research facility tour is just around the corner! After the huge success last year, we will host another tour this year! Like other years, we will be guided through the CDP (Centrale Dienst Proefdieren) at the UMCG, where animal experimentation is performed.

Have you ever wondered how and why research is conducted on animals? Then join us on the 4th of December, as we get to meet mice, rats, zebrafishes and the researchers accompanying them! We will learn about the various types of research at the CDP, how the animals are used, and the ethical sidenotes involved.
