Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons of oil
  • 8 onions chopped
  • 10 cm ginger grated
  • 16 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2400 gr green beans
  • 16 carrots (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 16 tomatoes (diced)
  • 8 red peppers
  • 4 teaspoons of cumin powder
  • 4 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 4 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 4 teaspoons garam masala
  • Salt to taste

 

Recipe

  • heat oil in pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper. fry until the onion is light brown

  • Boil the carrot and green beans and then add. Heat with a lid on the pan until the vegetables are cooked

  • add the tomato, cumin powder, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. cook with a lid on the pan until the tomato is soft

  • add the garam masala and mix well.
