Mental Health - Coaching Session 3
during these times as a student it is not hard to get overwhelmed once in a while. Juggling work, study, family, your social life, and other commitments can become too stressed and busy. During this coaching session, we will shortly discuss this feeling and the causes of stress and after that we will focus on how you can handle and reduce it. This session will take place on the 17th of May from 16:00-18:00 and you can sign up anonymously via the Idun site. We hope to see you there!
